This element is used to provide a constructor for a generic conic section uniquely defined by five points or a conic defined by the coefficients of the equation
Ax2+ Bxy+Cy2 + Dx + Ey + F = 0
. Then the parameters are as follows:
board.create('conic', [A, C, F, B/2, D/2, E/2]);
